”Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice. Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable. Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store. Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities.”

”The Hotel, Restaurant, Bar and other amenities were great. However, the very best part was the staff, who were ALL exceptional-plus!! It was truly remarkable how genuinely friendly and helpful the staff members were. We even found the exceptionally friendly service in many of the other venues that we visited nearby. A fabulous few days in North Lake Tahoe that we plan to experience again.”

”We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

”The room looked clean, but unfortunately it did not smell fresh. There was a noticeable odor, like dust and something stored away for a long time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. With better ventilation or a deeper cleaning, the experience could have been much better.”

”I loved everything about our experience at the Landing. The room was above and beyond what I expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved that the resort felt tucked away from the busy Main Street and coffee, restaurants, and shops are just in walking distance. It was nice to be able to get my steps in while still having the option of using the shuttle. I hope to be able to visit again and I will always recommend this resort to family and friends.”
