”The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back.”

”I remember when this hotel was a Hilton. Complementary Breakfast, and happy hour for the adults. Between the coast of the Breakfast for a Camille of 5 and the cost to park your vehicle was very expensive for 4 day stay. I liked when it was the Hilton.”

”Room was beautiful. Dining was awful. Bland food and terrible service. Front desk was not knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Went on the onsite hike and trail was not well marked. Off duty employees said they hadn’t gotten around to the t yet. Very underwhelmed by the resort”
