”This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. ”

”A great little space. Super warm. Showers are awesome, beds were cosy, just would suggest thicker curtains to block out the street light. Easy to find and close to the Redwoods where we based most of our activities for the weekend.”
