”Good spot. Close to downtown. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Room was pretty clean/comfortable. ”

”The hot tub was very, very hot. This hotel was great until it came time for breakfast. I will never pay what was asked for them to "make" food. My fault for not checking what breakfast options there were. Just disappointed in that part of the stay.”

”I expected it to be nicer comparatively speaking from past stays at other Indigo Hotels. There was a giant water stain on the ceiling of our room. The Fire place didn’t work in the room. For the price, you would think that they would at least have a complimentary pot of coffee available in the lobby. Instead everything had to be purchased in the hotel restaurant!”

”Rm had a dirty bandaid on side of jacuzzie dried scum marks in the shower. Ive stayed the there numerous times and this was by far the worst time. Paid 350 dollars for a dirty rm and only stayed one night got stuck in a snow storm second night and didnt make it back. I do not recommend, they do not care that there rms are dirty and will not correct it but lie to you and tell you they clean there bathrooms everyday but my pictures tell me different. ”

”Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. I understand this was common in older buildings, but an upgrade would be nice. It took a half hour for condensation to clear from the mirror after a...

”Beautiful facility, comfortable bed and well equipped unit with a kitchen and laundry. Good location right downtown. The only down side is the lack of on site parking. Nearest parking garage was only a block or so away, but leaving early in the morning during a snowstorm and having to drag a suitcase that distance was less than ideal. ”
