”All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly & helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The hot shower was super nice. Kids enjoyed the pool area & the waffles for breakfast. It was quiet at night. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. About 25 mins from the Chattanooga aquarium. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”

”The hotel is OK. The evening stuff could be friendlier. The hotel is close to a highway and the highway noise is present in all rooms, more so in odd-numbered rooms. Try to get the 4th floor, so that no one is stomping above your head.”

”Really cool place, and a great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants! One drawback is that while there was a mini fridge in the room, there was no microwave, which is something to be aware of. Everything else was great, though!”

”The room was quite unique, since it was a re-purposed pullman car. There were a number of restaurants and bars in and around the old train station. The hotel restaurant was great for dinner and happy hour. I'm not sure we would stay in the pullman cars again, because it was on the small side, but it was a one of a kind experience we will remember.”

”Staff is really polite and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean. I was a little nervous about the hotel because it’s right off the highway, but once I walked inside everything looked great. The hotel was just minutes away from a lot of attractions and dining options.”

”Close to downtown but not walkable community wise. Although it looks clean inside, you’d get confused from the outside. The area looks run down and could use some work. We felt safe nonetheless and got to the Choo Choo district for dinner in 5 mins. Reasonably priced and clean-our only major concern was that the carpet in the room had soaking water on the floor. Not sure where it came from. It was late a (12am) upon discovery and I actually forgot to report it. So in all it was an ok...

”We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.”

”NO coffee maker in the room. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7 but inconvieient for first cup in the morning! Front desk staff were helpful in trying to fix problem with Expedia reservation. Hotel charged full amount for stay upon check-in and didn't deduct prepaid first night.”
