”Room was ok, the sofa was dirty with stains all over it. The bed was comfortable but sheets had stains on them. Bathroom was clean enough. Staff was non existent didn’t speak or greet upon entry or leaving, did not eat breakfast so cannot attest to that. Overall stay was ok but would not stay again, too many hotels in the area to stay there. ”

”The bathroom really needed a deeper cleaning. I had reached out to the office before arriving asking for a first floor room. We were told it was confirmed . Upon arrival we were placed on the second floor. Nothing was available on the first :-(”

”This is a relatively new property, but the room had several issues: the counter on the desk/table was stained and bubbled, the curtain was not hanging properly, the toilet made a high pitched whistling noise when the tank was filling, and the shower had stains or mold along the grout. We stayed here about three months ago and were very impressed. Hoping it was just this room. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Check out - there was no staff manning the desk. There was a basket with a note...

”Absolutely the best showers I’ve ever had at a hotel. The lobby is stunning, the staff is friendly, and the location is amazing. We had dinner and drinks at Elsie‘s Daughter’s patio. Food was excellent, service wonderful and the band, LVNDR, incredible. I highly recommend a stay at this perfect boutique hotel. ”

”Our 1st room key didn’t work, so we had to go back to lobby - they put us in a different room. In the new room, the toilet seat was loose, and the shower door was falling off….maintenance needed”
