”Clean rooms. The elevator was so dirty, don’t know why they don’t clean it. ”

”Ate dinner at Rustic sat at bar. There were 2 bartenders. Only about 8 customers in the whole place. Had to send salad back after waiting a very long time for either of them to look our way. They grabbed the salad and never offered us another one. We ate our meals and were hoping to order a second drink but again they just wouldn't look our way. Never checked on us until our plates were empty and we were in disbelief that then someone said how ya doin here? We had been on a 51 night road trip....

”If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had...

”They say all pets welcome on Expedia but when I got there they said they don't allow cats. The manager did make an exception since I was staying only one night, but for others just know that Expedia got that part wrong. ”
