”The place is not safe because the staff is not there and cannot even be reached by phone 24/7. In addition, they take customers in the evening without seeing them. In the evening and at night, they were rioting, breaking the ball equipment and knocking over our rental car. Either the surveillance cameras are not in use or the manager is not interested in finding out about things. Pity for the place. Never going there again if the same manager. ”

”This was a lovely spot to stay, close to restaurants and the beach, which was what we were looking for. It was well equipped and the towels and bedding were clean and luxurious. The one issue we had is that my husband is 6'4" and this place is tiny! The beds are sort of built in, so even sleeping diagonally he was not totally comfortable. We certainly could not sleep in the same bed. For many people this would not be an issue, but it might be worth noting. ”

”House was very clean and welcoming. The outside patio area is delightful. Loved the list of recommendations for restaurants & we enjoyed the board games. Parking is tight, only enough room for 1 car. Bed nor pull out were very comfy.There were 2 issues, I’m not sure either was fault of owner but does keep me from leaving 5 stars. I would leave 4.5 if I could. 1- I did not receive any check in info & finally reached out to owner about 3pm. We heard back about an hour later & explained the message...

”The pictures are totally misleading as is the description. It says that it sleeps eight. There are two beds in each bedroom one of the queen size beds is surrounded by walls on three sides so the only way to get into it is to go over a footboard at the bottom of the bed the other queen size bed has approximately 8 inches on one side to getinto it. It’s advertised as a gourmet kitchen, which it is far from. For example, the silverware drawer had three forks. The exhaust on the stove was filthy...

”Our stay was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe. Communication with the owner was seamless. The best part of the property is all of the beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie board) that you can use on a trip to the beach. If we come back to Palm Beach will definitely stay here again.”

”We had an awesome time at Spring Training and loved the house! We hope to be back and would like to stay there again. ”
