”Difficult to find a parking space close to the entrance. The hotelier should designate some spaces for those checking it. The fact that the hotel does not have an elevator (even to the 2nd floor) means we will not return.”

”Was going to Showplace Theatre so decided to stay overnight in Peterborough. Hotel was so close to Theatre. For 1 night stay the price was great and location. Had a few issues with the room. Plug for tub was missing and leaking. Went down to front desk to advise them. They had repair man on sight and he came up right away with plug. Job to repair leak would be a bigger job so would have to do the next day as it was not a major issue. Would be nice if TV was larger ie 40 - 43 inch.”

”I went as a solo traveller in fall on a work trip. I was upgraded to a room with a porch and a view. The staff were excellent. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. My room was very comfortable. I would like to go back in season and stay in a cottage.”

”My wife and I stayed at the Westwind Inn this past weekend and were disappointed by both the value and customer service.
When we arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty. We learned only 3 of the Inn's 32 rooms were occupied Friday night. Due to issues with the Inn's website, I had to book through Expedia and was assigned a woods-facing room. Given how empty the property was, I asked about moving to a lake-view room. Although many were available, I was charged an additional $75 per night plus...
