”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Hotel was extremely clean”

”En nuestra estancia de 4 noches solo la limpiaron una vez y el cobro que me hicieron no fue el que me dijo Expedia USD 1,267.32 me cobraron aproximadamente usd 1,550 sin que tuviera consumos adicionales”

”They require a deposit which is about twice the sum I paid for a one night's accommodation. It is required to be paid by PayPal or other solutions outside of Hotels.com or the payment card used for the booking. There is no guarantee you will ever see that money returned. As I saw some other reviews stating that they had in fact not returned the deposit, I declined to pay it.”

Aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan, mutta alhaalla oli huone, jossa oli jääkaappi omien eväiden säilytykseen ja mikroaaltouuni, sieltä sai myös aina kahvia....

”Our room needed more lighting in the bathroom and the main bed room plus it could have used a clock. The thermostat seemed to not maintain our temperature adjustments up and down. The shower could have used a mat to protect me from sliding. It also would be helpful with another rail or handle for protection in the shower from slipping. Same is true for the main bath room area; it too could have used a temperature control for when you left the shower. Otherwise it was a good hotel.”

”Amazing experience! Worth every dollar!”

”Great location from both airports. Lovely hotel clean and convenient”

”Generally speaking, we had a wonderful stay! The window seats were a BIG hit for us all and we spent many hours sitting in them, watching people, cars and boats. The location could not be beat and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The river is literally steps away. If you're booking a suite, paying extra for the river view is absolutely worth it! However, advertising the suite as suitable for 4 adults is a joke. We were travelling with 2 adults + 1 child (12 y/o) and it was just about...
