”Loved the "treehouse" vibe, sent lots of pics to our granddaughter. Rooms were clean and heater and air conditioner worked perfectly. We ate in the restaurant (Cooper's) which had delicious foods. We took dessert to our room. We didn't use the pool or gym, but we did see people in the pool, kids having a great time. This place is surrounded by towering evergreens and oh, so quiet! We would certainly go back.”

”We only stayed for 1 night. Property was fine condition. Recommendation: sweep the room for spiders and webs.
They should check the rooms the day of someone’s staying and clear out spider webs. We walked through multiple spider webs. We also had spiders on towels. It was a nightmare for our 10 year old.”

”Our first room smelled of weed badly, so we were switched to a new room. The condition of the second room was bad too, hair on the beds and stains on the floor. The furniture was old and worn. I had to sanitize the room myself, it also smelled like bleach and our sink clogged. We had to be moved again. The staff seemed friendly and tried to “upgrade” us, but the upgraded room was the same room condition only it smelled slightly better. We decided to try to stick it out. The pool at least was...

”The hotel was very centrally located. It was very clean, with plenty of parking and a nice indoor pool. The breakfast room was also very clean and offered a good variety of items to eat. However, it would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended until 10:30 A.M.
If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put a sign above the brochure stand stating that reservations are required to visit Burney Falls.
Overall, the highlight of our stay was their friendly staff.”
