Historic 2-Story Home in Downtown Lakeland perfect for long or short term stay!

Our delightful carriage house features two private spaces in one cozy home. Hidden away in the walkable, historic, Lake Morton neighborhood, this 100 year old, charming home has everything you need to relax, work remotely, or visit friends and family. Stay for a couple of days or a few months! Everyone can spend time together in the living and dining areas. But you also have the option of relaxing in your own space. Downstairs is a private studio apartment with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a small table for a laptop or a cup of coffee. Upstairs is an inviting living area with a large, comfy sofa, dining area, another full kitchen with everything you need to cook if you wanted to, and master bedroom with ensuite. Two designated parking spaces for compact vehicles are right outside of the home with additional parking available for larger vehicles.
