Through my booked was not available when I went on property. I called to confirm my reservation with the hotel because I would be arriving around 10:45 PM. They confirmed the reservation was there and all should be good. We arrived at the hotel, and although I booked a room that could sleep six because it was myself with five children, we were told that all they had was a king suite with a pullout couch, which obviously does not accommodate the amount of people that we had. I specifically booked, and paid for, the two queen bed room. This specific room type was more expensive than the king suite and we were told that due to an error when other people were checking in that day, our room was given away. We managed to get a roll away bed, but it was very challenging sleeping arrangements and the kids did not get the rest that I hope they would.
