Saturday morning we got up to find a ceiling leak around the light fixture in the master shower stall. Within 15 minutes water was pouring out of the ceiling in 3 spots. We immediately called the front desk at 0700 to report the leak and was told they would alert maintenance. I gave permission for entry to our room for them to work on it. We didnt hear anything back until after 2:00 in the afternoon at which time the front desk said that maintenance couldnt get it fixed. I asked about moving rooms and was asked if we just wanted to stay in there since we were checking out the next morning. I did not like trying to be convinced to stay in a room where the ceiling in the shower could fall down at any moment. I also requeated the same type of room to be moved to. When we got back to the room after being at disney we immediately called thw front desk for our new room cards. The front desk didnt act like they knew what i was talking about even though we had spoken about it several times. They sent security with our new key cards but were given no explanation of where our new room was nor offered any help to move our stuff which we had to do in the rain. Our new room was a down grade. The floor was dirty and the room was old and didnt have central air. It had mini splits for air which dont cool very good. Also the door was wide open when we got to the room which was scary. The ice maker had no ice and the 2nd bathroom shower had no cold water so i almost got burned. We want a refu
