However, I feel that this property is not fore coming with additional expenses- per day charges plus a per day parking fee that they charge their guests in addition to paying a deposit (which is the 1st night rate before check in). It’s the not money, for me it’s a PRINCIPLE thing. I like transparency. ”Check in is confusing, 3 hotels check in at one of the 3 hotels. Then you check in and proceed to your hotel, just not as clear as it could be. Other than confusion at check in everything was great!”

There were utensils and plates, cups, etc. Even though it is listed as a beach view, it is not directly on the beach. Having a balcony is nice, but if you want to really see the ocean, you need to get on the top floor. However, beach access is an easy walk across the street and a small parking lot. ”The room was horrible. Please don’t spend your money here. The first room the sink didn’t drain and It stunk. The staff moved us to another room and It constantly sweat the entire time. The floor and walls were always wet It looked like your room we as sauna and this would be every morning when we wake up and in the evenings when we got back to the room.
