”We arrived during renovation and our room was not ready until 9:00pm a bummer especially when we had plans for dinner so we were unable to change our “airport” clothes and ended up changing our dinner venue BUT the staff was amazing and accommodating… Penny and her night crew were very friendly and Lance was on it when the tv wasn’t working we will be back because of their professionalism and courtesy”

”No towels, nasty hotel and loud road noise. Horrible mattress. The only time I have bern in a worse hotel was in a 3rd world country. But you do get what you pay for, cheap!!”

”Good breakfast and nice bed/ room TV. Also a solid gym. The pool and hot tube left something to be desired. The pro of the location is that it's surrounded by restaurants. Con is that it's in like a business district surrounded for blocks by streets, parking lots, and other office buildings.”

”The pool had clumps of hair floating in it that I cleaned using the pool net before my kids would swim. The internet uses your last name and room number, mine didn’t work, we couldn’t connect any devices to the WiFi. The front desk worker could not bothered to help, she even walked away from me to make tea. It was never resolved after repeated attempts to reach a manager. ”DONT DRINK THE WATER! There is something so off about it like you can even tell that it is weird because the smell of it. It has a metal/chemical smell to it. ”I would give this place a overall 4 stars I Loved my room it had microwave and a fridge LOVED IT. I was snowboarding for the week so that was definitely a plus for me I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THIS SPECIFIC REASON . NOT All rooms have a microwave I WOULD like for ALL rooms to have them (FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE) Friends of mine did not have a microwave so that was a bummer for them. ”I accidentally selected the wrong day for my stay. I tried to change it, but Expedia was no help. I had to eat the cost of the stay due to an innocent error and I am pissed. Thanks for NO HELP.”
