”Hotel was nice. Very clean and great staff. There was some minor damage in the kitchen but able to work around that. The breakfast was pretty good too. Very good quality for price.”

”Room smelled like smoke, had multiple stains in the shower, bugs on ceiling, non working outlets, holes in /stained sheets, no towels in room… list could go on. Did not stay, left immediately.”

”The hotel was not clean. The first room we checked into we had to leave and ask the front desk if they had a cleaner room, they put us in another room and the outcome was the same. The mattresses were stained, stained lamp shades and curtains. The floors and carpet had not been cleaned they were dirty and carpet was stained, the couch/bed was stained with white stuff, the furniture was falling apart and broken. The cooling system in the room was broken and taped together. No screens on the...

”Had a great time. Went for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was nice to be able to walk across to Empower and not deal with traffic etc. The 2nd floor terrace was awesome to sit, relax and people watch. Would stay here again.”

”Don’t spend the money to stay here. Our room had lightbulbs going out so they just flickered, the one light had the lightbulbs showing, no cover in them. Headboard had a big old chunk out of the middle of it. There was garbage by the side door that sat there for atleast 6 hours. I ended up offering to take it out when I went up to the front desk. But the new young man said he would get it out. When we checked in the kid working, didn’t even stand up to greet us, just kept in his chair...

”The room was clean, but you have to ask the staff to have it cleaned and despite being there four days it was never cleaned while I was in it. The coffee maker was on the fritz about half the time.”
