"The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was great. But I am only leaving 3 starts because they charge extra for the sauna. This is a problem as some people like to use saunas daily, not as a luxury. The pool use is included. Also, the hotel did not seem to work on common sense. They have weird rules and inconsistent communication. The receptionist told me that I dont need to bring a towel for the spa. I went to the spa and paid 250 dirhams for it. Then when I tried to leave, I got told that I cannot take the towel to my room. I only had dirty clothes. so they allowed me to walk to my room with a staff member, change into my own towel and hand the spa towel to the member of staff so they can take it back. I was told if I am half an hour late for checkout, I have to pay 50% of the cost of the next night. I think they should be more flexible. I was a tired, business traveller with long delays on my flight. I don't like the extra stress from pointless rules. Some of the staff seemed a bit hungry for tips, some were amazing and even refused tips. "

"Allasvesi oli liian kylmää uimiseen, ja ihmiset parveilivat altaiden ympärillä turhautuneina. Jopa lastenaltaissa oli kylmää vettä. Hotellin kolmesta ravintolasta kaksi oli kiinni, eikä siitä mainittu hotellin toimesta, vaan asia paljastui ajan mittaan. Lisäksi koko ajan remontoitiin uima-altaita ja kova poraus- ja rakennusääni kuului koko ajan. Myös kaikenlaisessa opastuksessa ja pienissä asioissa oli puutteita esim. tarjoiluottimia oli liian vähän. Näiden seikkojen vuoksi ei tule mentyä uudestaan."

"Huoneessa oli paljon muurahaisia, keittiö ja mikro, mutta ei lautasia tai aterimia, ei roskakoria keittiössä, ei pussia pyykeille, ei kynää millä kirjoittaa, pyykkien takaisinsaanti kesti 28,5h. Osa henkilökunnasta arogantteja. Uima-allasalueen ovi suljettu klo 18, kun aukiolo ovessa selkeästi kirjoitettu klo 19 asti. Erittäin suuri melu klo 24 asti. Huoneen lattia kypruinen. Ei ole millään tavalla 4 tähden arvoinen hotelli. "

"Kaunis, upea, siisti riad hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta oli superavulias. Kaikki sujui paremmin kuin hyvin. Aamiainen katolla oli hyvä, wifi toimi moitteettomasti. Saimme apua ongelmiimme. Ehdottomasti suosittelemisen arvoinen majoitus."

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
