”Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. ”This is more a rental than a classic hotel. You get keys to the front door and your room, but have access to the whole house, including a lovely roof terrace. It is located in the Medina, about 15-20 min. walk from the main square and main attractions. The cab can leave you off about 100 m. from the door. The place is difficult to find, make sure you communicate your time of arrival, so that someone will be there to open the door. You will be welcome with mint tea and sweets. The breakfast is...

”Staff was incredibly helpful. I will say that the entrance to this Riad (and most Riads in Marrakech) are deceiving as they open into alleyways, but all it takes is one step through the door and it is like entering a different world.”

”This was absolutely superb! The warm welcome, the interior, the breakfast, all the great recommendations from Eriko, help with transfer and so on. It felt more like being invited into someone's home than staying in a hotel. The location is also great. Only a few minutes from the bustling life of the Medina, but still very quiet when you are in the Riad. If I ever go back to Marrakesh I most certanly will book a stay at this gem again. ”
