I finally found the piece of paper with names of people to thank at the front desk. I had a problem charging my phone and the following people actually lent me their own chargers for an hour or two: one time in the evening and one time in the morning. All hotel no towels
When arrived (late at sunday night), the whole hotel was run out towels. We didn't get even a hand towel. The recepcionist was not the friendliest - we need to ask towels three times before he told us the situation. We got our towels on morning.
