A second entrance hall leads through to a loggia, followed by a living room, a dining room, and a combined living and dining room with a kitchen corner. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher. 2 shower, bidet, and WC facilities are also located on this level.

The upper floor features a lounge area and 8 bedrooms distributed as follows: 6 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds, and 1 smaller room with 1 bed. This floor is served by 4 shower, bidet, and WC facilities, bringing the total number of bathrooms throughout the main building to 6.
