”Great communication from owners. Warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, bathroom spacious, fantastic shower. Breakfast ordered the night before was delicious, good selection of breakfast items to choose from. Would'nt hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Paul and Sophie for a lovely stay ❤️ ”

”The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed linen in particular was immaculate Tea, instant coffee and UHT milk were provided. The staff were courteous and very helpful.”

”To staff were very welcoming and helpful, the property has obviously had significant investment, the quality of the rooms is excellent, the food in the restaurant is fantastic. The car park is huge, and they are waiting for new EV chargers to be installed.”

”Bathroom was clean, though pillows had make-up stains on and the heating was only turned on when we arrive so took a while to warm up. Staff friendly when we arrived. it is above a pretty noisy pub with inside steps from the pub or a fire escape style staircase from outside. Could hear a couple having an arguemnt on the street below as well. All in all, convenient if needing to be in area but not one if you need somewhere a bit more accessible or quiet.”

”Nice rooms, spacious and refurbished. Spotlessly clean. Very easy check in and out. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast good without being outstanding. Excellent location, easy for motorway access. Excellent value - would recommend and stay again.”

”No heating in the attic. Asked reception if it could be resolved- not solution- ask if we could have another room - no response. Shame really. ”

”Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was great apart from a tea stain on the skirting board. Ridiculous charge of £20 pp to use the pool after 9am and no spa treatments available, so basically we could have stayed anywhere rather than having a “spa break “. ”
