”Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.”

”Lack of seats at pool. Almost no shade. Umbrellas had to be down due to wind which I imagine is most of the time. For the price per night very underwhelming. On the positive side close to Whalers Village and a number of options for meals.”

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves. The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...
