Huvilat – Lanai

”This host cancelled our trip 3 days before we were set to arrive and we had to scramble to find another place to stay. Would not recommend!”

”The villa exceeded our expectations. Very clean, fully stocked, all in working condition. We had no complaints. Thank you!”

”We had an amazing time here. We stayed for half a month & it was a fantastic time. They were so fast to respond to anything we needed or asked. A week into our stay the washer broke down. They had maintenance out within a day & a new washer just within a couple of days. They also got us extra towels in the meantime until we could do a load of towels! They were great about communicating overall. It was a great spot to stay, right by one of the pools, & by the ocean. We loved our stay!”

”Unprofessional.Non-communicativeOut of Order / very worn / damaged / Batteries not working (old) @ entry pad;Light at entry burned out, very dark entry space - I brought this to their attention and they did not repair over the course of our seven day stay;Beach chairs are filthy and straps are broken; Sun umbrella has several broken arms;Exterior patio door, which is a slider is broken and falls off and falls over when the door is opened;Bedding is smelly and feels very worn;strong, smelly odor”

”This is not the unit we stayed at. We did thoroughly enjoy the unit we did stay at in the Kahana Sunset Condos. The 1 ratings above do not reflect anything as I could not un-select them after I started.”

That meant packing up and moving three times during a four-night vacation, which was completely unacceptable and nowhere close to what we had...

”This was my Christmas present to my children this year and with just hours before our flight on Christmas Day, I got an email not a phone call an email telling me that our reservation was canceled with no explanation as to why. I spent three hours with four different managers, trying to figure out how to save Christmas for my kids as I was flying from Denver all the way over nonstop to Maui, Hawaii for our Christmas vacation. This was a disaster that VRBO allows owners to cancel with no...

”On Christmas evening, I had just finished cleaning up after dinner and was preparing to pack my bag. We would be departing for the airport at 4:30am the next morning. I checked my email around 6:30pm and noticed an email from the host of this unit, that I had booked months before. The email stated that my booking (which was to start the next day) was being cancelled and I would get a refund in 8-10 days. I am 5 months pregnant, and was traveling with 4 children. My immediate thought was that...
