”A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted...

”Mövenpick offers free airport tranportation from Caticlan airport. Super polite transfer staff.
The location is not on White Beach but another beach further north. That was great as White Beach seemed busy and crowded. The hotel offers hourly shuttle to DMall at White Beach till late at night.
The best thing of the hotel is the dreamlike beautiful pool and beach area, the most beautiful I have ever seen. The decor - pool and beach beds, chairs and sofas are super attractive as can be seen...

”Excellent hotel with perfect location and their service with airport transports was perfect. During our stay there was a storm at Boracay and many places were flooding and without electricity but The District had no problems at all. The storm also forced us to stay one day longer and the staff was extremely helpful with our situation and assisted with rearranging our flights and provided us the documents needed for insurance.”

”This was a lovely, quiet place to stay on the island with a family with lots of easy amenities. The price for families from the US will feel super cheap even if you eat room service, poolside etc throughout your stay. The spa massages are great and really cheap (like $70 with a tip for a great 90 minute massage so def check it out!) The offsite water sports are very overpriced onsite though so head into town in a tuk tuk and arrange with an agency. ”

”Beach front, excellent! Staff, excellent customer service, polite, accommodating and helpful. Restaurants were great, buffet has great variety but some of the dishes could be more enhanced flavor wise. Rooms are big and comfortable especially the pillows. Overall I would come back and will recommend, bit pricey but you get good service and lodging for your bucks! ”

”The room itself was aged and worn-out but not very badly yet.
The bathroom was little bit disgusting: it was very small and there wasn't ventilation (there had been a window but it was blocked). So the bathroom smelled and looked moldy. I stayed in a room called Aqua. I don't know if there is same problem in other rooms.
Hotel location by the beach is good. Most of the rooms have no sea view.”

”The Manadarin staff meeting us at the airport to take us to the dock were very courteous and provided great customer service! As well as the Captain of the boat and his crew.
