”My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager had an extremely nasty attitude and was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Customer service was terrible, and instead of trying to help resolve concerns, we were treated with disrespect. On top of that, the room smelled strongly of mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning. ”B careful w hold on ur card. It's policy to present one so any "incidentals" can b charged if u broke or stole anything. Never in 20 years have I bn charged by Hilton/Hampton, but this location did! It was not a hold-it actually was a charge that cleared my bank! I immediately called the bank to investigate & stop the charge that was suppose to b a hold. Also, don't get an even room on 1st floor bc the parking lot to close to building so u hear every single vehicle in/out all nite & morning....

”Fairly quiet hotel when we were there, fridge in room, free/ample parking and a supermarket and pizza place in the parking area which is nice to have. Breakfast was ok and an outdoor area to sit also. Where we had trouble was this - at 8am, with a Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, there was knocking on the door and then a hand was slipping something in to try and unlock the door. ”We are not ones to complain but we were very disappointed with our room considering it had been given a high rating. Our room smelled of dog, our microwave didn’t work, the plug by the bed didn’t work and the shower curtain was covered in mold across the entire bottom. Minimum options for breakfast. The girl at the desk was pleasant We would not go back to this hotel”

”Property and staff excellent. Very helpful and hotel was exactly what I expected with exception microwave not in room. But overall very satisfied. Had to leave early so didn't have breakfast,but had in previous hotel. Very good”

”The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”
