”The owner did a really nice job renovating this house. Nice kitchen, big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, we didn't even go into the 3rd floor bedroom. Fast internet, good tv. Great outdoor space. Bring firewood and charcoal, it was so nice to relax outside and cook out over the fire pit after working all day. Excellent shower ! and a well-stocked keurig for the mornings. Couldn't ask for more. We only had 1 vehicle which we could park on the street, alot of vehicles might be problematic.”

”We enjoyed our stay there. About 15 mins from the OSU campus, 5 mins from Downtown, Kroger, and German Village. No problem with street parking by the house. Curb appeal is top notch. Insides are exactly like the listing promised. We will consider staying there again, for sure.”

”This was super cute and cozy, we wanted to get away for weekend anniversary and not kill the bank account. Very quiet relaxing, little trail behind it was nice as well. We had 2 small dogs and was great for them as well. James was very quick to respond when needed something or asked questions. Next time we stay gonna try out the Skoolie!.”

With two large common spaces, one on the main floor and one downstairs, we could be as together (or apart!) as we wanted. ”We had family of 6 with ages from 5-81 years and one very old weiner dog. Fishing was amazing.There are some really large bass in the pond but you have to give them what they want. Our lips are sealed so good luck! Spent most of the time on the deck as it is so peaceful. Heard my first deer snort and it isn't what you would expect. My hubby is a life long hunter so he knew. The house was clean, plenty of room for a large group, and the host were so nice and quick to communicate. We had such a great time and enjoyed the house! ”When you first turn on to Phelps road to get to your cabin you see the scariest, trashiest junkyard to the right , that is quite large and off putting. It’s kinda creepy BUT once you do find your turn to head towards your cabin it’s very secluded and the perfect place for a quiet get away. ”The cabin itself was wonderful, just the right size for 2 people. The grill and accessories were dirty and needed cleaning. The kitchen had any dishes you could need. The bed, however, was abysmal!! We couldn’t sleep all night and ended up leaving at 5 in the morning. If the bed was replaced, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.”
