"Tv didn't work. Staff tried but couldn't fix. Carpet felt old and dirty, in need of shampoo at least. Dead bedbugs on floor but at least no live ones. Breakfast was basically cereal and milk. We stayed in 8 hotels on our trip and this was the lowest quality but NOT the cheapest. Others we stayed ..."

"The hotel rating was a 9.2. However, I'm not sure how it got that rating. I was traveling with two dogs and paid at $40 fee. They put me in a detached part of the hotel so maybe the other reviewers were not in that area. It did not feel safe (see photos of lock and peephole covers). There were bugs ..."
