”We had an amazing stay here. The property feels very spacious even though there were 8 of us, and the views are just stunning. The kitchen is well equipped so cooking dinner each night was a breeze. Several beautiful beaches 5-10 mins walk away. Great communication with Katherine. Highly recommend!”

”We had a fantastic Easter break at the house. The view over St Ives is abdolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The house has everything we needed fora very comfortable stay. The beds are all comfy. You can nip into the town for a pasty in just a few minutes and even though the walk back is quite steep it's a quick journey so not too bad! I would love to return. Already recommended to friends and family. ”

”a superb 3 storey house with amazing sea views over Porthmeor Beach and the headland. Clean, tidy and well equipped with plenty of external space for entertaining with further sea views. Have stopped in 3 large houses around St Ives so far, and this is by far the best house. Highly recommended.”

”Initially difficult to find as 'my three words' directions, was not correct.A lovely property with all the amenities we needed for our weeks work in Helston.10 min walk to pub and supermarket. Driveway exits directly onto a busy road so be careful. All in all a great choice of property for our stay. ”

”My wife has very high standards and she was extremely impressed when we arrived at Little Coombe. It was immaculate, had everything we needed, very orderly, tidy, clean yet really homely and comfortable. The garden is great, amazing views and lovely and private. We have a dog and the garden has been secured with gates which really put our mind at rest. The location is absolutely fantastic. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk, St Ives is a 25 minute walk, the train station is a 5 minute walk,...
