”Everything was great”

”We booked it on the Expedia app and it was not as the pictures showed. Didn’t check in but looked at the room. It wasn’t what we wanted plus several homeless people were badgering my son in the parking lot while he waited with the truck.The lady at the front desk stated she couldn’t refund the money because it had to come back from Expedia. Rebooked another room a few miles away. Tried calling Expedia and cannot get a return call or a real person on the phone. Called hotel again the next morning...

”Let me start with the positives, the shower doors closed nicely and the hot water and water pressure were great. After that, I can say NOTHING nice about the property. We needed to check in v late because there was an electrical outage at the property. When we finally got to the room, there was only a top sheet on the bed -- no blanket, we called the front desk -- sorry, we can't do anything until the morning -- seriously, yes. But even before this, there was police activity on the property...

”Way better than expected. Clean, warm. Warm Water in shower, fast food restaurants around The corner. Nice service, looks exactly like something from movies. I would recommend.”

”The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.”

”The staff at check-in was on a phone call the entire time while we checked in. The room had a smoke-like smell for a non-smoking room. The shower/bathtub was dirty-looking. The tv and fridge were plugged into a power strip that had to be stretched and plugged into the wall upon us getting into the room.”

”This is such a great option for a family staying in Nashville. We used the indoor pool, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast was hot and delicious, and the location was ideal for walking to Broadway. Parking was a bit steep at $55/day, but at least it had in/out privileges.”

”The main advantage of this hotel is how close it is to Nissan Stadium. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. My flight was changed to a later departure time, so I requested a late checkout until 3:00 PM. I was told that if I became a preferred member there would be no charge, so I signed up. However, at 10:30 AM the morning of checkout, I received a call saying I would have to pay $60.00 or check out by 12:00 PM. I was not happy with how this was handled and found...

”The breakfast is great with lots of choices. The outdoor pool is lovely to have, although a little small in size. The kitchen is very useful, especially for families and the rooms are very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.”
