”We found this a welcoming and restful place. The bed was comfy and the communal shower was the best. The kitchen was easy to use and breakfast laid out if we wanted it. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is the third time we have stayed at the , " Duke of York". The rooms are always clean and well supplied and wonderfully quirky. The food is exquisite, good suppliers and a talented chef make any meal you order an absolute delight. The choice of beers and ciders definately hit the spot and are excellently kept. We will, without question, be looking to return for more stays regardless of the season because any time of year is great here.”

”A lovely find hidden away off the main street. We only booked the room an hour before arriving but were made to feel very welcome by the young lady behind the bar. Breakfast was cooked by Phil and was delicious and he came out and had a lovely chat with us. I would highly recommend. ”

”Das Cottage ist teil einer kleinen Schaffarm. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Cottage ist sehr modern jedoch gemütlich eingerichtet mit jeglichem Komfort wie Wasch und Spülmaschine. Es liegt etwas abseits und der Weg zur Farm ist etwas rau aber wenn man eine ruhige Lage sucht ist man hier goldrichtig. Eine absolute Empfehlung wenn man das wundervolle Cornwall erkunden will und einen gemütlichen ruhigen Rückzugsort zur Erhohlung sucht.”

”The hotel overlooks Summerleaze beach & has lovely views - our room looked over the beach too The room we were in was spacious and very clean and we had a very good nights sleep All the staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly and made our stay a very pleasant experience The slight downside was parking - there were only limited spaces outside the hotel but we were able to park in a nearby car park which was free overnight (less than a five minute walk from the hotel) We would...
