”Upon arriving and checking in - our family was tired but once we saw the place we had so much energy. We enjoyed fishing , going to the beach & overall just relaxing. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. We enjoyed our conversation with the hosts. The property was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back!”

”The house is in moderate shape with some very odd design choices from the last renovation. For instance, the lighting in the master bedroom is not hard wired at all and has wires running over the walls to wall fixtures. For such a small house it has a lot of light switches which makes finding the right one difficult. The kitchen is poorly equipped with few utensils and the appliances are very cheap. Lastly the house has two full bathrooms upstairs with a half bath downstairs. The detail page...

”Check in, communication and house all great! Very cute renovations. Plenty of starter supplies, nice towels, toiletries in baths. Awesome that they had a high chair and 2 pak & plays! Can walk to grocery store and Mexican restaurant. The only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. Could just be our family, but most of us prefer firm! ”

”Overall, it was a good stay. There were multiple issues/concerns noticed when first arrived; light bulbs out in many places, floor was dirty is some areas, toilet lid was broken/cracked in the half bath (although able to used) and the outside trash was full that were brought to the owners attention upon arrival. Owner was attentive for the most part and was able to have someone out the next morning to change the light bulbs. ”

”Very disappointed with the overall condition and upkeep of the house. I don’t feel like the house lived up to the expectation of the photos that were presented. Upon our arrival we were greeted with overflowing trash bins and an entire section of the couch broken and left outside. The external door on the side of the house would not lock and the front door didn’t latch very well. The back porch had holes in the screens and one entire screen was missing - the cushions out there were also moldy....

”The house is not in a good area, and it's still in the middle of the remodeling. It's very old, the bathrooms are tiny. The kitchen has pretty much nothing for us to cook, very close to the airport or the base, the noise is loud when the plane take off or land. The pictures didn't show the whole house. In my opinion, the price is expensive for that house. I wouldn't rent that house again.”
