”What a beautiful place to stay! Just magical. Staff were engaged and thoughtful.”

”We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad.”

”The property is maintained very clean and the staff is very friendly. We stayed for six nights during the Fourth of July weekend and although the weather was very hot and humid we still enjoyed Charlotte very much . We had a car rental and we were able to drive around town and the property has plenty of parking and easy access from the parking lot to the rooms. ”Oikein hyvä hotelli SouthParkin alueella. Aamupala kuuluu hintaan (pidempään oleskeluun hieman yksipuolinen). Pysäköintipaikkaa jouduttiin etsimään, mutta löytyi molemmille öille aivan hotellin vierestä.”

”We were in the 6th floor and it was evident that there was an issue with the air conditioning. There were fans in the hallway. Our room AC was set on 65 which was that when we came in our room but the temperature in the room never went down past 74 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Only dealt with it because we only needed a room just to get through the night. Hopefully it gets fixed soon but to know there’s an AC issue as a whole and still book people in those rooms is a little absurd to...

”Super clean and most of all quiet!”

”This hotel made me get rid of my service animal which is against the law. They would no allow him to stay there and I had to find other accommodation for him because I am out of town and did not have time to look for another hotel due to scheduled activities.”

”Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster.”

”The rooms were clean and facilities were very well taken care of. The breakfast was very good. The staff were fantastic! They were so helpful assisting us in finding places in the city and ordering us a cab to the airport. They even followed up to make sure the cab arrived with plenty of time. Wonderful stay and would stay again!!!”
