”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood.

”This is in a very good location . There is underground parking . The rooms require updating the king bed was comfortable, there was complimentary kurig coffee and water .
The bathroom shower condition was in visibly poor condition and requires renovation, the shower was functional .
The mechanical A/c did not work the heat was functional AC would be nice …..we were able to open windows and have a nice cross ventilation.
This is not a four star hotel the property can use a refresh . The hotel...
