”There were many problems with the payment method and the hotel's communication regarding it. For example, the hotel communicated in Spanish even though I asked several times for messages to be sent in English. If rooms cannot be paid for on arrival, do not offer this option and threaten to cancel the reservation if payment is not made immediately via email. No one in their right mind would put their bank card details in an email written in a language they do not understand.”

”Hotel was really great! We stayed only for one night, however the location was perfect for us. Hotel has its own parking hall so it was easy to arrive by car. There is also swimming pool which was a big plus during the hot season. Pool is not the biggest but definitely not the smallest either. Breakfast was delicious buffet and you could also ask kitchen to make you an omelette/scrambled eggs. Room was spacious and clean. The only small negative thing in the room was the floor which was noisy...
