”Excellent hotel”

”Great location, friendly helpful staff. Room wasnt the biggest but lovely inside. Window facing courtyard so quite dark. No balcony which would have been lovely. Lots of positives and would recoomend a stay here. The only negatives would be, expensive for just a room breakfast was extra, hotel lacked atmosphere no buzz. Rooftop was barran a couple of sunbeds, no bar to get a drink or no way of ordering unless you went downstairs. Would have been great to gave domd wster feature even if just a...

”Amazing facility that transports you into another era. Staff is very friendly and warm. We were pleasantly surprised by upgrade we received and it was lavish.”

”The hotel is well kept and the location is superb right next to many restaurants, cafes etc. and only a short walk from the beach. The service here was simply outstanding. I had forgotten my bag on the bag seat of a taxi and the reception was able to tract it down and arrange it to be delivered to the hotel. They saw a lot of effort to make this happen, had I stayed in some other hotel I would have most likely lost my bag for good.”

”We had 2 superb nights in Palacio de Villapanes. Experiencing magical moments in the alley’s of Seville and the best customer experience ever in the hotel. Believe me, I’ve seen tens of luxury hotels around the world - hence this was beyond all expectations and more.”

”A fun place to explore! Unique rooms and unique courtyards. Breakfasts were good, Staff members were very nice and helpful. The pool patio was nice although not enough space for the number of guests wanting to sun bathe or get together with others. Pool was very nice with easy access but pretty cold. If you have mobility issues I would recommend mentioning that upfront as our room was a bit far with some stairs. Most rooms could be accessed by lifts.”
