”There were 11 of us retired adults who had a cousins' reunion for five days. The villa and the house were perfect for our us as we needed six bedrooms. The house was better stocked than at any other VRBO we've stayed at and when we had a question, we got an answer within just a couple of minutes. We are talking about going back next year to rent this villa/house arrangement!”

”We enjoyed our stay . Check in was smooth, clean inside, and landscape done well. We were impress with the decorand felt so welcomed. We will not hesitate to come back here again and make many trip here for Family reasons.”

”This is an awesome home that is very well stocked! It is in an excellent location in Lake Havasu City. The time that we spent in the backyard was also very relaxing for us and it includes both a hot tub and a gas bbq grill. We stayed for a month and it felt like home to us…only about 50 plus degrees warmer than our weather at home which was great. Ed and Sarah are very caring and awesome hosts!”

”could have used a couple more rolls of TP and a 2nd propane tank but overall it was great... I did notice that the door jam is cracked where the handle strike pad is attached”
