Kun tulimme hotellille aamulla vastaanottovirkailija ei olisi päästänyt meitä sisälle huolimatta maksetusta edellisen päivän vielä voimassa olevasta huonevarauksesta. Seuraavaksi kuulimme, että huoneessa ei ole wifiä, vaan se maksaa erikseen 8,5 dollaria. Ei hymyjä tai ystävällisyyttä palvelussa. Asiakas tuntuu olevan häiriötekijä.”
