”We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. ”My first booking was cancelled without any reasonable reason. I was suppose to pay there and the hotel emailed me and asked me my card details via email to make a reservation. There is absolutely no reason to send my bank details to anyone via email. If they want to have reservation fee why not to let people pay for that online? Not very trustworthy. Staff at there when we were present. The walls were so thin you could hear EVERYTHING and every car. ”
