”I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness”

”Lovely location close to the underground and great pubs and restaurants. This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. So if you could send me prices for that please it would be much appreciated. ”
