”The hotel was very beautiful and recently renovated. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with big windows. The staff was very friendly - whatever we needed to ask, they always were very helpful! The breakfast was great. Honestly, this was the best hotel in London I've ever stayed in, and I've been in that city many times :-)”

”really enjoyed my stay at doubletree. nice calm area, top condition room, loved taking runs by the thames and eating at the cozy chelsea restaurants. my only negs would be that the shower pressure was too low (had difficulties washing my long thick hair) and in the so-called cocktail bar the bartender didn't know how to make a negroni. :D so yeah i'd call my stay a success, thanks to the kind staff and superb loc <3”

”Work trip. Rudest service I have ever experienced at the breakfast. Room air con not working properly. Every time you shower water all over the bathroom floor no matter what you do. Might be able to overlook the room conditions but the breakfast staff were so that I’m never coming back. Changed to Reneissance hotel for the last night of my trip and strongly recommend going there instead. ”
