”Property was very nice. Spacious and cozy. Clean. I would stay here again! But bring a sound machine, or fan. One bedroom has a sump pump very close and it is loud.”

”We had 4 adults & a teenager. The two bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. We left the bed pulled out most of the time & it wasn’t too bad getting around it. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for an extended stay. We were all a bit sore & craving our own beds by night 5.
Amenities were great. I took extra washcloths because other reviews...

”This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July. ”The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).”
