I had an important 2-hour online engagement at a very early hour. They said that they had "excellent" internet and made a note for me to have a room on the 2nd floor closest to the router. When I checked in, the front desk saw the note but said they couldn't honor that because they were full and offered no solutions. I came down to the front...
