”Many comments about homeless camp across the street. They did not impact our stay and did not interact with guests but does impact feeling of security. Hotel policies do not indicate a pet weight limit but when checking in had to sign that max weight was 25lbs (which appear to be common with Baymont). Fortunately they did not enforce the requirement or else we would have been stuck”

”It was a very nice, clean, comfortable stay. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Plenty of dishes (no dishwasher), Laundromat was free (huge plus) Nice parking for vehicles This does have a separate living area downstairs, with steep stairs to go upstairs for kitchen, living room, and bedrooms and bathrooms ”
