”The lodge is clean as well as the room. The bed was lumpy and needs replaced. They do not have complimentary breakfast instead you can buy a limited supply of things in their pantry..They have coffee available 24 hours a day although every time I went down to get coffee at different times it was the same thing, luke warm, old and the pots ere about empty. You tell them and they have excuses.
Not a good experience for me.”

”We were only there 12 hours, trying to get some sleep before an early morning flight. Granddaughter really enjoyed the pool slide, but it was like a sauna sitting in the pool room, and very loud. Room was really large, but there was popcorn on the floor between one bed and the center nightstand, and when I took the bathroom mat off the side of the tub there were several really long black hairs under it. Other than that, it was fine. Except although the phone was flashing, it did not work....

”Property is in a bit of a transition stage, both inside and outside. Lots of construction in the area that makes access a bit awkward, and they are clearly past the half-way point of renovating the property itself. With a bit more time (weeks to a month or two), this will be a great basic property for folks that are looking for clean, safe, and convenient, but not necessarily fancy.
Only criticism is that the WiFi is weak in some areas - might need to make the mesh a bit denser to get good...

”They shut the water off in the morning at 10:30 and announced to all the rooms it will come in 11/2 hours. We waited to take a shower and the water did not come for 21/2 hours. It was most frustrating because the staff told us it was prescheduled and no one told us about that when we checked in. We left without a shower, to our room in yellow stone.
If we had know when the water would be shut off, we could have taken a shower earlier and left. Or if they kept their word that it would only take...
