”The staff was amazing we lost our flight and allowed us to return to our rooms untill regular check-out we had trouble getting a taxi so they offered to help get one if none available they said they would take us to the airport on their personal vehicle the staff is amazing, we appreciate you all.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”
