”Can't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the house is in need of attention but the inside is new and modern. Perfectly clean and comfortable inside. Modern and nicely decorated. All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. Assisted living home across the street and nearby hospital provided plenty of light at night. Small green space right next door with grass and benches. Conveniently located. Off street parking...

”We loved this beautiful place! The decor is wonderful, and we appreciated everything from the book selection and rain shower fixture to the lovely and comfortable furniture. We stayed during a heat wave and the AC was great. Looking forward to returning for a fall visit!”

”Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...

”The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. Only relief we got was when opening windows. Luckily had air freshener in the car. There were plug-ins but only one had deodorizer in it. The host...
