”Booked a non smoking room for an employee of ours. Upon checking in, the front desk gave him a key to “check out the room”. My employee was HORRIFIED at this room. The one blanket on the bed was covered in cigarette burns, reeked of cigarette smoke, and he didn’t seem to think the floors had been cleaned in quite some time. ”Staff barley spoke English... I couldn't even hardly give my lil boys a bath cause the water was so hot and it apparently didnt have no cold water running to the bath tub.... we had 1 bar of soap provide and that was it ... for 100 a night we should atleast have shower soap supplied to the room just like every other hotel or motel you go to”
”Homeless people all around and we watched 2 women smoking a crack pipe on the sidewalk by the hotel. Had to listen to loud people most of the night and then people slamming doors early in the morning. The staff was very nice and the room wasn’t bad.”
