”Enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Just a nice place to relax. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the down town area and local Farmer’s Market. ”

”This was such a great property for our family! The variety of available water craft (kayaks, SUP, floats) was amazing. Being on a little cove off the main lake meant that we didn’t have to deal with a ton of noise and wake from boats. The house had everything we needed for a week away. We can’t wait to come back again next summer! ”

”We lived our Etsy in this charming cottage. The owners/managers were so communicative and helpful. Such a professional operation. The cottage was beautiful and clean and had all the extras we could want. Our only suggestion may be to run a portable dehumidifier because the older cottage wasn’t insulated. It cooled down well but was a touch humid and therefore a touch musty. Not a big problem at all. Thanks so much for a great stay!”

”Rick was an amazing host and the place was perfect. Minutes away from shopping, the lake amenities were awesome takes just a few minutes to get the kayak in the water and you are off. During the week we pretty much had the lake to ourselves, so calm and serene. Perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. Rent this place…you won’t be disappointed!!!”

”This rental was just as described. It was very cute clean and cozy. The couple hosting the rental were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting the farm. Kevin, Hamlet and the dogs were fantastic. We came to town for a fundraiser and for the NASCAR race. We certainly could have stayed closer to Concord but this was a lovely place to stay and really not too far away. The setting made it well worth the few extra miles to drive to the race and other events near Concord. We look forward to our...

”Our family enjoyed the lakeview from every room in the house. We loved the dock and access to the kayaks. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck that we utilized every morning, while drinking our coffee. The entire area was shaded with beautiful trees that also provides privacy and the yard was perfect for night fishing and relaxing in the hammock. ”The house was perfectly situated for me to explore areas in and around Hickory. Quick and easy 5 minute drive to Hickory Lake Park to walk my dog and ride my bike on the off-road trails. 20 minute drive to Bakers Park and Riverbend Park for more trail walking. House was pleasantly cooled with a/c, ceiling fans above the bed, and the mattress comfortable provided for a great nights sleep. ”
