”I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place. ”Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

”Grounds and room were wonderful. One star off bc breakfast fell short. Pastries and beverages were good, but “hot” breakfast was lukewarm, premade and just heated up, not made to order. I barely ate any of it. Not up to the standard of what would be expected from such a lovely property in the middle of a farm. We have stayed at multiple b & bs in the area and this was the worst food by far. I would recommend setting a time for breakfast, or asking guests what time they’d like breakfast the next...
